Graphic designer & Art director
"For people who simply have an idea but can't put it to paper"

ABOUT US
Liam and Shannon we’re both University friends who studied Digital Art which involved different skills from photography, graphic design, web design, 3D modelling, animation and video game development. They both enjoyed doing all of them and couldn't quite decide which career path to go down with their abundance of skills and knowledge they accumulated through out their three years at University of Kent.
For their Final Year Project at University they decided to create a video game together called Aurora’s escapade which was a 2.5D colour based space game. After working so well together in their project they decided rather than parting ways and only focusing on one skill learnt as University as a career they would utilise all of their skills together to create their own company, Mango Moons Designs and give a service for anyone who is looking for a specific or personalised type of media in one place which creates convenience to customers and allows Shannon and Liam to express their creativity.

Art has always been a big part of my life. I love to experiment and use different mediums and techniques from good old fashion paper and pen to a modern technique the graphics tablet. My aim is to simply see one of my pieces of work up on a billboard or on a bus stop as I know plenty people would have seen it and hopefully it will become something iconic and memorable for a targeted audience. Also knowing I’ve put a smile on someone’s face means a lot to me so that would be a bonus if I was to receive positive feedback from my work.

I have always been a creative person, and now I have found a way to combine my ideas with graphic design and 3D modelling. I discovered my passion for design at university in Canterbury undertaking 3d modeling, animation and photography projects. Carrying out these tasks among others, gave me a chance to express my creative flair with freedom, whilst challenging myself to learn new skills across varied design fields. One particular project involved creating a virtual experience tour of a museum owned by the Marlow theatre in which the user interacted with exhibits utilising the Xbox Kinect whilst our final year project involved creating a video game developing skills in CGI, graphic design and coding. The wide range of creative skills I learned are now being put to use everyday with the relationships we build with our clients today.
